VG PSA 3 Art Devlin with the rare Brown Hindu ad back from the cornerstone 1909-11 T206 tobacco series has dark rich color and a sharp picture image. VG corners. Clean front with scattered soiling on the Brown Hindu ad back. About 60/40 or so centering both ways. One of the best as this is the only VG 3 Brown Hindu back with just 1 VG-EX 4 graded higher by PSA.
