Nice pair of key "Black Sox" players from the cornerstone 1909-11 T206 tobacco series Chick Gandil and Ed Cicotte.
Chick Gandil VG-EX PSA 4 - Main ringleader and organizer of the conspiracy to throw the 1919 World Series. Almost dead centered with outstanding color and razor sharp picture image. VG-EX corners. Very clean both front and back. Close to 50/50 side to side and about the same top to bottom. Polar Bear ad Back.
Ed Cicotte VG PSA 3- The White Sox best pitcher who hit the first Reds batter in Game 1 to let the gamblers know the fix was on. Good color and picture. VG corners. Super clean both front and back. About 65/35 side to side and 55/45 top to bottom. Sovereign 350 ad back.
