Very eye appealing and rare 1902-11 W600 Sporting Life Cabinet of Hall of Fame pitcher Christy Mathewson. Card has been slabbed PSA AUTHENTIC. This is the correct spelling in uniform pose of the 373 game winning New York Giant. Ex or better corners. Very strong black and white picture image. Well centered. Relatively clean front with just a few hints of light toning. Back fairly clean but main distraction are four small pieces of black tape attached near 3 of the corners.(3/8" by 7/8" 3/8" by 5/8" 1/2" by 7/8" 5/8" by 3/4") Has to be one of the best looking out there as only one EX 5 has been graded higher by PSA with none at all rated by SGC.
