1889 A17 Allen & Ginter World Champions Album features magnificent color lithography. Front has a smartly decorated image of a trumpeter with the Allen & Ginter smoking man logo on the back. Inside one finds eye popping exact size images of all 50 subjects found in the N29 World Champions card issue grouped 4 or 5 to a page. Intricate full color designs highlight each page. Pages are held together by string ties. The album was originally produced for collectors to glue their cards onto the decorated pages. Album itself is in very nice shape with some small creasing around the holes with the string keeping it together and moderate corner wear. One of the most beautiful 19th Century collectibles out there!
