Excellent pairing of two Brett Favre autograph items in a Green Bay Packers commemorative jersey and Green Bay Packers helmet. The NFL Official Packers jersey includes a Lambeau Field 50th Anniversary patch on the upper left chest as well as a Captain's patch. Favre signed the jersey in black permanent ink on the front "4" for great eye appeal. The helmet has been inscribed with "'95, '96, '97, MVP", "PACK 26, BEARS 7", "12+2 @ SOLDIER FIELD". Favre autographed the helmet in black permanent marker as well. The helmet has been limited to 144 examples (23/144). Both the jersey and the helmet are accompanied by a Brett Favre Authentication hologram and PSA/DNA COA's.
