A unique play-making power forward who can lock down any position on defense Draymond Green has been instrumental in helping the Golden State Warriors win three NBA titles in four years and coming oh-so-close to a three-peat last season. He is called the "heartbeat" of the Dubs their most important player and emotional catalyst. The Michigan State alum has improved steadily each year to become a triple-double machine and three-time All-Star. This lot features a Warriors home throwback worn by Draymond on Dec. 22 2017 against the L.A. Lakers at Oracle Arena a 113-106 victory by the Dubs. Green stuffed the stat sheet once again with 13 points 7 assists two steals and a team-high 11 boards. The Warriors would once again finish the season as World Champions.
The vintage style worn in the mid-1980s has proper Nike tagging on the left front tail indicating size 52 with a Length +4" flap tag. Adjacent is the official NBA Authentics label uniquely coded "GSWW01930". In addition the date of the game "12.22.17" is handwritten in black pen on the gray jock tab. An internal flag tag shows the manufacturing date as "FA170507" (May 5 2017). The front of the white knit and mesh jersey has "WARRIORS" in blue tackle twill arched over a large crest featuring the team's old logo and Green's No. "23" in blue with golden yellow outline. The reverse has his uniform number in the same format with an arched "GREEN" sewn directly across the upper back. 2017-18 marked the first season of corporate sponsorship logos on the fron of the jersey signified by the "Rakuten" ($20M per year most in NBA) patch on the left shoulder. The shirt shows appropriate game usage and appears to have been laundered. Includes LOA from The MeiGray Group and NBA Entertainment.
