LeBron James has long been considered one of the greatest players of his generation. His incredible feats on a nightly basis have become the norm, smashing numerous records season after season. At 38 years of age during most of the 2022-23 season, LeBron again defied Father Time by posting averages of 28.9 PPG, 8.3 RPG and 6.8 APG. He also passed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to become first on the NBA all-time scoring list and led his Lakers to the Western Conference Finals.
Offered is a LeBron James game worn #6 jersey from a 120-117 overtime win over the New Orleans Pelicans on November 2, 2022. King James recorded a double-double in the victory with 20 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists.
The gold Nike Icon Edition jersey has the iconic "LAKERS" lettering sewn on the chest above the aforementioned "6." The Nike logo and Bill Russell memorial "6" patch are on the right shoulder, and the Bibigo logo on the left. White and purple trim rings the neck and arm openings. The lower left front tail has the size 54 Jordan/NBA label and an individual serial number label sewn adjacent. "11-2" is handwritten on the jock tag. The back has “JAMES” and his number “6” in individually sewn characters. The jersey shows great game use with some light toning and loose threads on the graphics. The jersey is registered into the NBA and MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program as number LALW05316. This jersey has been fully photo matched to the 1st and 2nd half of the first game of Lebron wearing #6 as a Los Angeles Laker player.
