From star wideout Demaryius Thomas comes his Broncos navy blue jersey game-worn during the team's 2015 run to the Super Bowl. After getting pummeled 43-8 in Super Bowl XLVIII by the Seahawks Denver made it back to the big game two years later and soundly defeated the Carolina Panthers 24-10. It was not the prettiest statistical game by Peyton Manning and Broncos offense but they made enough plays to compliment a dominant defensive effort giving the franchise their 3rd Super Bowl title and Peyton his second to go out on top just like Team President John Elway did 17 years earlier. Drafted #22 overall by the Broncos in 2010 Thomas has been the team's #1 receiver and Peyton's most reliable target since Manning arrived in 2012. Three straight 1400+ yard 10+ touchdown seasons (2012-14) earned the freak athlete known as "Optimus Prime" three straight trips to the Pro Bowl. In 2015 Thomas tallied his second consecutive season of 100+ catches hauling in 105 for 1304 yards and 6 TD's. On November 1 2015 Denver hosted Green Bay in a pivotal match-up of two potential Super Bowl teams. The game was not close as the Broncos pulled away 29-10 behind a monster performance from Demaryius who caught 8 balls for a season-best 168 yards while wearing the jersey offered here. It comes courtesy of Panini Authentic's exclusive game-used memorabilia partnership with the Denver Broncos.
The navy blue jersey comes in size "42" as seen on the Nike label inside the collar with serial number 219110038933 and the year "2015" flag tag attached. Thomas' No. "88" is sewn on the front back and both shoulders in white-on-orange tackle twill. "BRONCOS" is stitched on the upper chest between the numbers and NFL logo at the collar. Orange trim runs around the collar and up the sides. "THOMAS" appears across the back in white tackle twill on a navy blue nameplate. Washing instructions can be found inside the left inseam. The jersey shows incredible game use with a large grass stain on the right shoulder and paint transfers on the front numbers that can be photo-matched to several Getty images. The back is full of more grass stains and contact marks from on-field action. Comes in its original Panini Authentic presentation box. Awesome gamer from Denver's most dynamic offensive weapon who at 28 years old has a lot of great years ahead.
