Former New York Knicks standout J.R. Smith is now a runner and gunner on the revamped Cleveland Cavaliers roster. This lot features Smiths New York Knicks game-worn road jersey from a January 2 2014 clash against the San Antonio Spurs. Going in as heavy underdogs the Knicks pulled out a 105-101 victory as Smith contributed by coming off the bench and scoring four points pulling down five rebounds and making three assets.
Smiths Adidas Size L tank-top blue jersey features an arched NEW YORK stitched on in orange tackle twill outlined in white and silver across the chest with his uniform number 8 centered below. On the front left tail of the blue mesh jersey is the official NBA Authentics and "ADIDAS L manufacturer's tag. Attached to that are two additional manufacturer's tags reading "LENGTH +2" and CLIMACOOL on them. On the left shoulder strap is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The back of the jersey has SMITH stitched directly into the jersey in white above his number 8 in orange outlined in silver and blue. A special KNICKS basketball patch at the base of the neck. Smith finished the 2013-2014 season as the Knicks second-leading scorer after averaging 14.5 points per game.
